I’ve just had a cut and blow-​dried by Trish at Profile. I’d had my long hair cut recently somewhere else and they made a real mess of it. Trish sorted it out with her usual professionalism. So relieved! Excellent results. Very good value for money as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of new services that I haven’t tried yet. For a good cut, Trish is the best.

Beauty & The Beach is a really cool hair, beauty and tanning studio, located at the southern end of Kilburn High Road.
This studio offers a comprehensive array of pampering treatments. I personally have no need for the majority of the treatments that they offer here, but I have been happily coming here for some time now for my haircuts. Frankly I was tired of paying a staggering £60 for my stylist at Vidal Sassoon in Bond Street to sort out the mess that is my grizzled wig and I am now very glad I made the change.
There are a number of different members of the team and all know what they are doing in their respective areas and give great advice to potential customers, doing so with a very happy demeanour and friendly professionalism.
So, aside from the quality haircuts for reasonable prices, they offer highlights, tints, colour correction and hair extensions, if those are your kind of thing… even children’s haircuts.
Girls, if you are looking for some pampering before a special date or beach holiday perhaps you may want to try their choice of stand up or lay down sunbeds, spray tanning, facials, massages and full waxing service that ranges from upper lip to a Hollywood. I am not too sure that I would go for the latter option personally though.
Full manicures and pedicures are on offer, as well as men’s body care treatments. So if you have a proliferation of back hair that leaves you looking like a gorilla in a Tom Selleck impersonator contest, you need to check this place out. There’s no excuse, OK guys?
