Ordered pizza online, delivered over an hour later. When I called to find out about the pizza, staff member 1st answered and placed me on hold without even uttering a single word to acknowledge me. When I got through 2nd time, staff member speaks to me with attitude, and when I ask to speak to manager, member starts to talk to other colleagues whilst phone is active and leaves me hanging for over 10 minutes! I tried calling 3 times again and nobody answers the phone. Terrible customer service after being a customer for over 15 years!!!

Their special offers — Twosday Special for example — are damn good value for money. The staff are friendly and its easy as pie making an online or telephone order. What’s more, they promptly replace pizzas if they’ve made a mistake in the toppings.

I would definately chose pizza hut over dominos every day. it is quality pizza and seems to have flavours for all ages. For great value, choose one of the special meals which give you more than you can eat and leave you feeling horribly full. Its a shame pizza hut delivery isnt available all over the country!

I am a big fan of pizza hut, they have a wide range of foods, and yummy starters and desserts. I love their cookie dough which is truly and when they deliver it, they provide a pot of vanilla ice cream which is so cool! although im easily impressed. I have to say the service is really good. The delivery guys are great and the food is perfect, nearly always. and its really convenient.

Pizza hut always do the best pizza, and their delivery and collection branch does not fail to deliver on the usual standards set by pizza hut. When I have ordered for delivery in the past they have always been fast and when I have ordered within their branch they have always been extremely fast. It may take your pizza a little longer to get to you on a Friday or Saturday night, but that is to be expected. They always have promotions on so it is always better to ask them first or have a check on line to see them and to choose your pizza; my favourite has to be the classic margarita!

Helpful staff, very friendly and very prompt. Have ordered several times for collection and always recieved a pizza within 10 – 15 minutes. I reccomend the Vegetable Supreme and The Inferno. Definitley worth a visit.
