Phở is Phở wherever you may be, which is a good thing because you know what you are getting. This Phở recently opened in my neck of the woods. I’ve tried the Spitalfields branch before and this was just as good. We had some veggie spring rolls to start. These can be tricky to get right as they are fried and can be greasy. These were dry though and very tasty. You can get pork but honestly the veg is fine. I had the chicken breast Phở(which my son says is pronounced«fur»). It was brilliant, the broth is clean tasting with flavours of mint, lime etc. Not strong tasting but lovely all the same. It comes with either straight or round noodles. Also supplied are some e extra greens(mint etc) which you can dip into the dish. It is a complete meal on its own. My son had the spicier version which looked great. Service was tickity boo. All in all, although there are already so many south Asian places in. Ealing Phở is a welcome addition, however you pronounce it.
