Great service efficient, prompt & reasonably priced. Used PGS to service a boiler and replace a pump. Phone support was friendly and approachable and the work was done thoroughly and quickly. I will come back to them for sure.

As a result of recent works which PGS had conducted, my heating stopped working. I called them immediately, however, they did not bother to return calls and so it took them 2 weeks to arrange an appointment for one of their guys to sort out the mess. As a result, I did not have heating for almost 3 weeks in November. Very poor performance. Cannot recommend.
