Odeon Cinemas

Great local cinema in Beckenham; situated at the end of the High Street near theroundabout. Although not a multiplex; it does screen all the latest movies and is extremely popular with locals and families

I had a good visit here! One of the old fashioned style cinemas that made a welcome change.
Staff good, usual prices Does what it says on the can!

You pay the same price regardless of screen, so be advised that screen 1 is much larger than the others and the only screen worthy of giving you a big screen experience. for £9!
The usherette was ridiculous please show people to their seats in the pitch black rather than tell people where they are. The place was almost empty so we sat in the nearest seats as we couldn’t see enough to read any numbers anywhere, only to get shouted at. Really.
The aircon was broken too but they did not inform customers of this at point of sale, but upstairs on the door of the auditorium which was a little dishonest on a very warm day.
Odeon are now offering a loyalty card same as a store loyalty card, but they are trying to make a charge for it of £2. Whole place just felt a little broken and frankly financially desperate.
