Had to visit this store 4 times in the last fortnight and really unhappy about the level of service received. I transferred my phone number from another network and am astounded at how much time I’ve had to waste in the last 2 weeks on the phone, on online chat conversations and 4 visits to the store(totalling around 10 hours of my time) and 4SIM cards later the problem is yet to be resolved. They actually think they’ve done me a favour by giving me a different type of account and keeping it on the same price as the original price plan quoted even though they admitted they made the original mistake. I would never recommend this business and this reminds me exactly why I left O2 several years ago.
