This place never fails to please me.
It seems just a fitting place for a second or third date, a family/friend’s birthday or a catch up with friends over great food and wine.
The décor is simple and unstated, yet offers and ambient atmosphere for a lovely relaxed evening.
Every time I walk in the owner always greets with such glee and a welcoming embrace, which is followed by a great meal with wine recommended to suit the food and mood.
The price is reasonable, reflected by the quality of the food and I’d always recommended this place for friends and family looking for a relaxed dinner in Parsons Green.

I’d never been to Parsons Green before, but my friend had her birthday dinner here and it is one of her favorite restaurants. We had a long table of about 15 people, and there was only one other group of diners there on a Monday evening. I liked that aspect, that it was low key, not stressful, and we had the full attention of the staff. It’s so refreshing, compared to the constantly busy and packed restaurants of central London, where it is a struggle to even find someone to take your order. I could hardly believe that this was London!
We ordered some wine and starters for the table, and for my main I got the squid ink risotto with scallops. Everything was delicious and incredibly well priced. There was a lobster spaghetti ordered by a few people in our group that looked amazing. And despite the fact that we were a big group, all the food arrived together (another benefit of nearly having the restaurant to ourselves!) I think everyone had a great time… I just wish I lived closer so that I could be a regular!

Had a great time with two girl friends last night at Nuovi Sapori down the road where I work. We started with some lovely fresh bread with olive oil dip, and then proceeded to our mains. Our mains were lovely, just the right amount of food, with room for dessert. I ordered the pannacotta for dessert it was beautifully presented and deliciously creamy, its sweetness offset by the tartness of the coulis. Our server was patient, funny, and had the right amount of chattiness. Our bill came up to about £80, which was not bad, considering we had a bottle of wine, mains, desserts, and liquor after our sweets. Overall, great food, great time. Will definitely be back.

For whatever reason, I have eaten a disproportionate amount of Italian food recently. Given this new authority with which I can speak about Italian food, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that raviolis at this restaurant are the best I’ve ever had outside of Italy. The texture and consistency of them is honestly perfect. Beyond pasta pockets, I really like this place: friendly, easy going, great food at reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

I live literally 300ft from this place and went for the first time last week. I’m an idiot for waiting this long. Outstanding food, great service, great vibe. This is now my go-​to restaurant when guests are in town.

I went here on saturday night, I have to say this was the best meal I have eaten out in a long time! Ambience was good, restaurant was ¾ full and the food was spectacularly good. Squid to start with which melted in my mouth, followed by the suckling pork was was crispy on the outside and soft and flavoursome on the inside. wine was also very good. I will be back very soon!

This Italian restaurant is very local to work and many a superb lunch time has been spent there. Friendly staff, wonderful cuisine and delicious wines. It is a firm favourite will all at our office.
