This is definitely what Lebanese food should be like. Relaxed atmosphere, serves until late, no fuss. Succulent, plentiful and overall great.

I know I know a chain ! but this one is an exception, atleast for me.
I was first brought here by my boyfirend a while ago and got nervous about it being in Belgravia and all. But it was a pleasant surprise for several reasons,
i) It was not formal at all, it is one of those places that you can go to after work or on a nice night out, the ambiance caters to all, well not to the absolute scruffy !!
ii) It is good quality freshly made Lebanese food, and you know exactly what you are getting, no surprises, just honest to goodness Lebanese food, with the some authentic dishes that are hard to find like Kibbi nayi, Lebanese steak tartar. (a must try !)
iii) you can star gaze, it for some reason attracts movie stars, i saw Don Johnson from Miami vice there (he is short !! and still tanned, but quite smilly) and it also attracts just generally nicely atiried people and makes people watching fun !!
iv) this is the reason why i like the place the most, they serve till late !!! I mean they will take last orders at 11:30pm and there is no fuss about hurrying you.
Overall its a nice place to go with a group of friends, or take your parents to !
