ABSOLUTELY F**KINGOUTRAGEOUS. Just to emphasis how dreadful my experience was, this is actually the first negative online review I have ever left in my life but this was so bad I had to. I was unavoidably late by ten minutes(because anyone that has ever set foot in London knows how unreliable trains can be) but I rang as soon as I could to inform them and apologised profusely. When I arrived the woman cut me off saying«come on, get in, we only have a couple minutes» eh hello to you too… They shut at 8pm you see. She ushered me into the worlds smallest treatment room and I got undressed. While doing so, I stood barefoot on a bolt that was lying on the floor. Eh, hygienic? Safe? No. She came in, picked up the bolt, put it to the side and carried out my 7 minute from start to finish Brazilian wax. 7FUCKINGMINUTES!?! Is that some kind of joke? She just slapped the wax on, and ripped off the strips. No gentleness whatsoever. She didn’t even ask if the wax temperature was alright! Not only that but she went over EVERY waxed section about 5 times rapidly. «Ok done» «In a rush to get home I guess?» «Yes I worked all day and don’t get paid for staying later» Bitch, are you serious? Welcome to the real world of work. In this industry, If staying behind at work 4 minutes late isn’t the least of your worries then you need to sort out your priorities or get a new fucking job. I suggested they maybe don’t make 7:45 their last appointment and she responded with «Yeah well no one else is ever late» and left. Rude, horrible woman! Please do not visit this awful salon! There are so many wonderful ones out there!

Be warned! I booked a facial and body wrap on the Saturday before Bank holiday for the Tuesday after through Amazon. Unfortunately I fell ill on the Tuesday morning and rang as soon as I could to reschedule only to be told that wasn’t possible. When I rang back to speak to the Manager Elvira, the previous receptionist lied to her saying I called on Bank Holiday Monday. I understand that there is a 24 hour notice condition in the terms but I found their customer service to be totally unprofessional and will never book with them again as now I have lost my money as they would not let me reschedule.

This place was awful. I bought a manicure/pedicure deal on Wahanda. I was very much looking forward to it and got there a few minutes early. After a relatively cold greeting in a very poorly ventilated shoebox-sized nail salon I sat down to begin the pedicure. I was informed that because of some discoloration on one of my nails from a recent infection, she could not do the pedicure to prevent spread of infection(she informed me that although all of the equipment is sterilized, it is just an extra precaution). The lady at the desk said I could still just do the manicure. None of this would have bothered me, and I likely would have still enjoyed my experience — until she said that she has to call Wahanda to refund my purchase, and then I would have to pay full price for the manicure. They would not honor the discount. The full price for the manicure was nearly as much as the deal I would have gotten on Wahanda. Terrible experience.

This place is such a joke! I went for a 70 minute facial plus back, shoulder and neck massage that I bought through Wowcher. Well, I had a 25 min facial(if it reached the 25 min), 2 min massage in my neck while lying on my back(so I didn’t have a proper massage) and then I was left for 40min on my own with a mask on my face to fill the 70 min. I have never been left for 40 min with a mask? I think the girl was in a hurry to as she removed the concrete-like mask in a very unpleasant way. If they are trying to get new clients by doing offers on places such as Wowcher or Groupon I think they should do a proper job, otherwise they will get bad reviews and no new clients at all.
