Mont Ruby Tea is the old Boba Jam, if you were wondering where that one went. They changed owners around Christmas time. And just as its predecessor, it’s a fantastic place to get your fix of bubble tea and sweeties! They have a nice selection of bubble milk and tea, smoothies, ice cream with tons of toppings to choose from, waffles, crepes, dumpling soup and also standard coffee or tea for the less adventurous. They also serve hot food, with a «tapas» style menu(3 for £10, I think it is currently), which has nice stuff like yakitori, gyoza or my personal favourites mantou and tako balls. There are also noodle dishes, although I haven’t had these for a long while. Perhaps it’s not the *very best* place to eat in London, but it’s very central, staff are nice and quick. I consider it to be great value for money. Oh, they have some private rooms downstairs for karaōke. Sounds like fun(and quite loud sometimes, they probably need better soundproofing).
