This is a classic greasy spoon café. Not far from Wimbledon Theatre and the station. Fill your boots at very reasonable prices. I recommend the curry and chips or one of their heart attack inducing pies. Bön apetite!

This is a classic British breakfast establishment of the highest working class order. A delicious and definitely not fat free«Full English» is the only way to go, and the staff make you feel at home. Very glad to have found this place.

Big, hearty breakfasts and good value for money. This is a proper ‘greasy spoon’ and a nice alternative to most of Wimbledon’s fairly pricey breakfast places.

Excellent comfort food for a saturday breakfast. My only wish is they go back to making the strong and tasty coffee they used to make a while ago. I

THEMICACAFE, WIMBLEDON2nd of November at 10.16hrs This Café is a disgrace. I ordered a fry up which consisted of two sausages, two eggs, two bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, 3 slices of bread and a cup of tea. The tea was finelarge mug hot. full marks. The food was another story. The food was deep fried sausages as were the the mushrooms. presented on my plate tasteless and dripping with oil. The eggs were sunny side up. full marksbut they were also drenched in fat and tasteless. It’s of no surprise that the black pudding was rock hard and oily. The bread was normal white bread plastered with cheap margarine. The staff were ok. just doing a job without any real compassion. Surprisingly the café was full when I visited. Despite this the staff still managed to commandeer a table to rest serviettes on??? The cost was cheap, but even that can not make up for the disgrace that was on my plate. Never again

I used this café quite a lot when i worked in the area. The cooked breakfast was excellent and very good value for money and a very good size portion. The food is cooked to order and the surroundings are basic but comfortable. The staff were very friendly and newspapers are provided. I never tried anything except the breakfast but would highly recommend the full english.

Mica has cured a fair few hang overs in the past and i love them for it. Their English breakfast is simple, tasty, packed full of carbs and calories and filling. Finished off with a hit of caffeine this café will do for me! There’s nothing fancy or stylish about the place, it’s just your typical tea room/café environment. They serve good easy food like jacket potatoes but they also offer up some seafood and meat dishes as well that i have yet to try. The prices are good, the service equally good and it’s in the centre of town. I have nothing negative to say about this lovely little café and neither will you as long as you don’t go with high expectations of gourmet food and Michelin star menus.
