I’ve been living on the same street as this little deli counter for nearly a year now, and I thought it deserved a shout-​out. There is nothing particularly fancy about it but the first time I went in I was truly surprised by the quality of the salads and meats featured behind the glass counter. Furthermore, the prices are pretty incredible for central London, especially in such a touristy area. So it’s not surprising that when I go in I often hear the super nice owner greeting regulars, and in many cases trying to anticipate their orders.
There are two narrow counters with stools inside, but on a nice day the tables outside are always full.
