This is the best drycleaning service I have ever used.
To begin with, their pricing is online and very transparent. You pay the price it says on the website.
You arrange a collection online, whenever is convenient for you, early mornings to late evenings. Updates and confirmations are sent via text.
Loveclean were prompt in their pick up, 7am on a thursday. I had arranged for delivery the next day, but due to a complicated clean the company re arranged another convenient time. They were friendly and apologetic, and explained all the reasons why. I had candle wax on a dinner jacket (an unfortunate wedding disaster), which resulted in the jacket having to be more thoroughly cleaned. They didn’t charge extra for the time or complexity. They also found a tie in the pocket of the jacket, and texted to find out if I wanted it cleaned or just kept aside.
Delivery was prompt and as promised.

Quick efficient laundry service … and the best thing I don’t need to carry my things I want to have dry cleaned they will pick it up … What a time saver!!! If you are busy professional working in the city using their service for dry-​cleaning might just give you a bit of extra time to spend on yourself or on your loved ones. :) … Oh almost forgot you book it all on a simple website … That’s great as well!

I’ve used loveclean once and am definitely a convert! The pickup/​delivery service is great. I had a winter coat cleaned and it’s usually such a hassle to lug those things around. I also really like the convenience of paying by credit card at the door. My clothes look great again. Id happily recommend to friends — actually already have.
