The closest possible place to grab a bite for me. I’m often shocked/frustrated that they close so early, as this place is certainly better after a few pints. The Good: Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I’m a fan of their chicken doner and they give HUGE portions of meat. Their garlic and chili sauces are both really tasty. They are generous with salad and have yummy pickled peppers that I like a lot. The Meh: Things seem to get unreasonably soggy quite quickly in their takeout boxes Cash only Staff doesn’t always understand order/get it right/feel compelled to correct. All in all, a totally serviceable neighborhood kebab joint.

2 and a half stars would probably be fair for London Kebab. Standard kebab shop. Helpful for myself as it’s only an indefinite stones throw from my house but quite often I still don’t fancy eating from here. Nothing is particularly good but nothing(of what I’ve had) is particularly terrible. Their burgers are better than their kebabs. Just so you know. A handy place to make use of from time to time when one can’t be bothered to cook for themselves or go a little further and get something nicer. Strangely — considering there’s a pub almost next door which is usually open late and gathers a fair crowd, not to mention another club up the road — London Kebab isn’t open late. It’s closed for what would be their prime kebab selling hours(11:00pm and beyond). Only small really, like most kebab shops, there’s room for half a dozen or so customers to wait for their orders inside. On rare occasions, a winner by proxy. Ian
