i purchased a groupon voucher and had a colour cut and blow dry. Easy to get to, get off at Baker Street. Very clean, i saw the staff wiping down the seats and tables whilst i was there. Offered a drink on arrival, asked what i was looking for then he told me what he thought of the colour and cut and suggested other options as he didnt feel that it would suit my face shape — which to me was rather good as i never know what style to go for. I had a lovely head massage while they washed and shampooed my hair(always the best part for me). Over all a very friendly service and i would recommend this company.

I live in the area, and decided to try out a massage here. The first time it was fairly good. I would not have paid full price, but had a trial offer for £40 for an hour. I booked to come back a second time about a month later, and it was awful. It seemed like they didn’t have anyone trained, and just asked a girl from the nail salon to do it. Started about 15 minutes late, and then ended 10 minutes early. Was basically just putting way too much oil on my skin, and not sorting out any of the knots/tension in my back. Did not help at all. Not going back.

I always like to wait a few days before I review a hairdressers so that I can get a feel for it. Unfortunately I don’t like my cut — which is a little confusing as all I was really asking for was a trim. A major pro of this place is the adorable puppy, Jack, which belongs to the owner/manager. Also, the girl who washed my hair was very sweet and likeable. The last thing I really loved(and maybe it’s cos I haven’t lived), was the heat cap they placed on my head during the treatment — it was phenomenal. It made me feel like I was having a head-gasm! I couldn’t wait to go home and order my own… :D On the other hand, the owner was standoffish and barely looked at me when I came in and when was cooing all over his King Charles Spaniel. Usually it’s nice to appreciate or acknowledge someone who is complimenting your pet ;) The location of this spot is good but I wouldn’t return and pay full price(though it was fine for a Wahanda coupon…) x

I went to Leticia with a wowcher deal for a cut and treatment and walked out looking fantastic! I was initially a tad worried as the hairdresser didn’t actually meet me until after my hair had been washed I have dry, frizzy hair and I usually like my hairdresser to see it in it’s natural glory before they go crazy with the layers, but he knew exactly what to do and gave me the best cut I have had in several years. He also didn’t straighten it at the end as he said it wouldn’t hold so gave me an amazing blow wave instead. For years my hairdressers have finished off by straightening my hair due to laziness and the fact that they don’t know how to style curls, so this was a big plus for me. What’s more, there was absolutely no product pushing. None. Amazing, stress free. If you’re looking for a great haircut this is the place to go, although maybe not if you’re one of those people who needs a lot of pre-consultation, total control of the situation and inane chatter during your session.

I visited Leticia Haute Coiffure for a nails procedure. I am satisfied with the results. My broken nail is not a problem any more. THANKS!

i went here in May as had a Groupon voucher. I was a bit hesitant because of all the negative reviews, but what I left with was exactly what I had asked for. I was just starting to grow out my super-blond locks and wanted low lights to break up the blond block. The stylist was GREAT. Suggested two colours, one being a slight uplift of my natural colour. I left very happy and should have returned this last time, but tried another Groupon offer at a Sejour in Chelsea– big mistake. I will be going back to Leticia Haute once the latest disaster that is my hair calms a bit
