One of my staple lunch spots. I always try and convince myself I’m eating super healthy — but I know sometimes that is not the case. The quality of the food is good, and it’s always SUPER fast, which is great. I do get a little bored with the menu, as it’s quite small. But overall, I like it.

To me Leon is known for it’s healthy food and out of the many competitors I really rate Leon. It has a good and tasty selection. I particularly like the lemon chicken and herb with brown rice. Super healthy and tasty grub.

A delicious, fast, fresh, and healthy option if you’re in a rush or just want something yummy that will make you feel great. I personally love the Gobi box.

I’m a big fan, and I’m surprised to be since it’s very much«fast food»! The salads were fresh and pretty good — I got a club salad. Definitely ask for the dressing on the side if you tend to not like too much of it. I also got the lime-ade(be warned, it’s VERY lime and very concentrated).

The format has changed slightly in the evening, but it has been a while since I was last here. Now order and collect at the service desk and you can take it in the back to eat. Like a healthy McDonalds! Food delicious could eat this food every day. Must start cooking it too! Highly recommended for super healthy fast food. Until next time.

Viv and Tom. you guys had more energy than guys getting coffee here. Before even thinking twice you offered me free breakfast when I forgot my wallet. Their service has always been good but this is one level up

Leon is the best! It’s the greatest«fast food» there is, so fresh and healthy. We came late after a day of walking around, and I enjoyed the Chargrilled Chicken Superfood Salad which had tons of fresh, yummy veggies and a nice herbal flavor. The crushed pea salad and superfood quinoa pot made great sides for us to share — you can easily split one of them between two people, and there were four of us. My parents and fiancé loved their food as well, the Moroccan Meatballs are always a hit. The servers were so nice too — my mom somehow charmed the server so much that she gave us free dessert — Billionaire’s shortbread and a brownie! And they were AMAZING so after all that healthy food, feel free to indulge on desserts, they are worth it(esp. when free. haha.) This is a small location, but it isn’t just a storefront. They have seating round the back and on a small patio when the weather is nice. Great place for a quick, cheap, fresh meal.

Easily my favourite ‘fast — food’ in central London, I’ve had the chicken & chorizo club box nearly every time I went but I’ve tried also their salmon and their meatballs and everything is always so tasty. Their baked fries nicely complement any meal and if you like garlic you can’t not dip them into the aioli sauce! I wish this particular branch were a bit more spacious in regards to seats but it’s perfect for quick lunch dates and take out. Oh, and if you like your brownie every now and then make sure to grab their loyalty card!

Toll. Achja, un der Quinoa-Chicken-Salad hat auch geschmeckt.

Was right across the street the prices were ok and food small but just the right amount. They serve portage, egg w meet sandwich, or yogurt w fruit. It was just a nice quick stop

L’excuse! ;-)

I guess you could call this the ‘healthy fast food.’ It comes out very quick, on a tray, in a box and you take it away and eat it. While the menu is great and flavours are good it does have that fast food feel to it — things that are supposed to be hot… aren’t quite there, and there isn’t that same sense of freshness… Not bad though, i’m sure i’ll be eating there a lot more in the future, just won’t go calling it my favourite!

No time but want to get a healthy meal on the go? No my friend the only option out there is not a boring McDonald’s so called«salad»? Go to Leon. You wait in line and then have the option to take away or sit in(limited seating). Leon offers a variety of choices from breakfast(porridges, eggs) to lunch/dinner(soups, burgers, fries, wraps, salads, hot boxes) all with healthy ingredients(mackerel, sweet potatoes, halloumi, quinoa). One star off because I am a soup fan especially in this freezing winter and I wish they had bigger portions and more choices. But that is really up to me. In a nutshell: fast-food can actually be fast-healthy food

Leon is definitely the best fast-ish food place for gluten-free eaters and people who need to eat quickly and don’t want to eat junk. I’ve visited a few Leons, and they’re reliably good. This one is located right near Soho which makes it a great stop before a night out. This time I had the Moroccan chicken with brown rice, which was good and well prepared. You felt like you were eating actual food, if you know what I mean! I’ve even uploaded a photo of it. My favorite part is that they have all sorts of gluten free desserts: brownies, traybakes, and even pecan pie! Gluten-free notes: These people make it really easy with each dish labelled as GF(gluten free), WF(wheat free), DF(dairy free) and even give tips to vegetarians and vegans.

Came in for a late saturday morning breakfast. Had an egg pot, toast and a flat white(five quid). The egg pot had ham hock and a creamy sauce. The meat was delicious in combination with the egg but I was 50⁄50 on the sauce. Toast is toast and the coffee was similar to anywhere on the high street. But where Leon excelled was the atmosphere. The server and chef were friendly, both to me and each other and it was all very relaxed. They were playing some absolute tunes, think The Specials — Blank Expression. I sat reading my book and felt peaceful, it was awesome.

affordable, tasty, good-for-you food. fresh and free range to boot. for brekkie, there’s poached egg in a cup w/ham hocks, beans and sour doughy toast. so good with butter. even better dipped in egg. and man, those grilled chicken aioli flatbread wraps are just unputdownable.

Anyways i ordered a falfael sandwich and crispy french fries and a lemonade for 7£. which you think would mean you could sit in and enjoy your meal, but you need to pay an extra £1 for that. I am new here, but that kind of pisses me off. It was good though and I would eat here again in a pinch.

A delightful surprise not evident on first glance. This establishment appears, on first glance, to be a fast food takeaway counter. Now don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with that. But if you’re looking for a great sit-down meal with a café ambiance, the little entryway to the right of he front counter is really easy to miss. Even upon inspection, the little passage may be off-putting. I swung past 3 times before actually entering and walking back. Good thing I did! A lovely café, intimate and so cool. It was totally isolated from the street bustle, especially when the lads are in the streets drinking from the adjacent pub. The menu is expanded from what’s available at the counter and it changes seasonally. The service is warm, genial and welcoming. I tell everyone about his little hidden gem and each time I visit London on business, I have dinner at Leon. I know there are multiple locations, but this is the only one I’ve visited.

Chilli Chicken Hot Box. That’s all I’ve ever gotten at Leon and that’s all I need. It comes with some chilli sauce, some yogurt, brown rice, cabbage, and chicken. For less than £6 I think that’s decent. Their wheat free brownies are good, as are the fresh lemon and lime-aids. Try it out when you need a quick bite. A great alternative to the ubiquitous Pret!

This place is great. Fancy-ish and filling food yet not bank breaking! Well ok maybe not so fancy, the place is in a fancy neighborhood and the décor seems a little nicer than most fast food chain restaurants. They even dimmed the lights and added a little candle while we were sitting there eating an early dinner. awww I ordered the chicken salad(it had bacon in it, duh) and this was where the fanciness level dipped a bit. They used what looked like plain boiled chicken, texture wasn’t bad but no flavor, and romaine lettuce and spinach as the greens. I mean it just looked like a salad I made at home with whatever was in my fridge. But whatever getting past my snootiness over presentation it tasted good. MUSTTRY the lemon ginger crunch. The blessed little waiter asked if we would like it warmed with ice cream on top. What kind of question is that?! Who wouldn’t want hot and cold and sweet and tangy and crunchy in their mouth at the same time!!! I mean… yes please :)

I kind of regret stumbling upon this spot the last day of our visit. Particularly because the food was good, inexpensive, and it was right across from our hotel. Sigh. I particularly liked their lunchbox combo deals as it came with ample food for 2(my mom and I shared the meal) and their lemonade is definitely fresh = tart. We chose the Morroccan meatball lunchbox which came with brown rice, salad, and hummus with flatbread.(Oh yeah, they’re pretty healthy and earth-friendly.) The meatballs have a tiny kick to them, but were really tasty. The brown rice nice and fluffy, and the salad… well, my mom ate it all.

This revolutionary natural foods restaurant/café will change the way you think about food! Now that I think about it Leon is one of the best reasons I come to Carnaby Street. For starters, this restaurant chooses their menu based on the time of year the food is in season– the way food should be consumed. Leon remixes foods you are familiar with such as chicken or salmon with flavours like chilli, Mexican salsa and alioli. I am in love with the clean and refreshing interior along with the art deco-ish theme. There’s a delicious selection of breakfast foods including yoghurt and porridge all for around 2! Also, there’s a great selection of classic British favourites– with a twist!
