I’ve eaten at LebanEats a few times and have to admit that the food is actually top notch. The reason I’m awarding the chain just one start is down to the fact that the service is actually quite poor. At the start of 2011 LebanEats joined forces with KeyNoir to offer a £10 voucher which you could purchase online to have unch delivered to your office. The terms clearly stated that delivery was available in the West End and the City of London, Mon-Fri 10:30 — 12:00 and 13:30 — 16:00. However when I tried to redeem the voucher, I was told that they would only deliver to W1(my office is a few streets away in WC1) and only after 14:30. Now, for a lunch deal to be available after 14:30 only is worrying and the fact that they wouldn’t honour the fact that the voucher said anywhere in the West End was pathetic, particularly as I am five minutes away from Regent Street. They suggested I contact Keynoir for a refund, which I did and was given really good service by the Keynoir team. LebanEats needs to understand the impact of this poor level of service on their brand. I understand that there may have been some sort of mix-up when they ran the deal with Keynoir but the fact is that I bought a voucher because I like their food. Now, based on the service I had on the phone and the inability of them to be flexible and honour their comittment — I cannot recommend LebanEats to anyone.

When I heard that there was a new lebanese round the corner from my office it came as great news! Sadly it didnt deliver. The Chicken Shawarma is already pre-wrapped, you can then add sauce to this… At a cost of 50p per choice, garlic and chilli came to an extra £1 ontop… £1 for sauce?! tucked into it and thought where is the meat, hardly any for the amount of pita that is the wrap… I also bought Dawood Basha & Riz(meatballs & rice). Pfttt… Thats all I can say. Wont be going back. I will continue to walk to Maroush which is 10 minutes away(if that) for a made there and then qaulity lamb or chicken Shawarma where I wont be charged for SAUCE! Charging for sauce at 50p a pot! A «fresh taste of Lebanon» it is not! Best thing I bought was the refreshing can of 7-Up
