I will never go back. These are my personal observations — my meal was one one the worst I ever ate. Even the after dinner mint was hard. The puttanesca seemed to be made with tuna and I couldn’t find a single caper or anchovy in the meal.

Worst restaurant ever! They brought us warm beer and when we told them they offered us ICE to put inside! Seriously! Ice? Also the service was terrible! The guy who took our order was rude! And when we wanted to pay i took the bill to look at it and they took it out of my hand! Just like that! The same when it was to sign the cc my boyfriend was still signing but he took it out of the table! When i asked for the bill he didn’t wanted to give it back saying that he will bring another one…

Food I had was not impressive. Unfortunately, had a better experience here two years ago… Seems a bit touristy… Food quality has severely dropped. Minestrone soup tasted watery and «from a can» although I could tell it was likely not due to cabbage and kale.

I knew I made a mistake when I stopped for lunch and there were only a few tourists at the peak of lunch hour. But with my bladder getting ready to explode because the snobby people at The Ritz wouldn’t let me order a cup of coffee let alone use their can, this was as far as I could go before making a mess on myself.
I had the veal marsala. It was rather bland and overpriced at over 30 pounds. At least they had no problem with me using their restroom and the place is clean. But if you have a choice, save your money and walk the 10 steps over to Harrods instead.
