Kutt Zone

I had the most awful experience at Kutt Zone. I wanted my hair dyed intense red — picked out a funky colour from the swatches. When it was done, it was brown, with the tiniest hint of auburn, no where near the colour I picked, even though they pre-​bleached my hair to make the colour stand out.
After complaining, they booked me in for another appointment to fix it. This time the colour was brighter, although still not as bright as I wanted, but it was acceptable.
2 days later I washed my hair. The colour came out and I was GINGER from the bleach. I was leaving for a festival later that day and did not have time to go back to the salon, so I bought some dye from the chemist round the corner, which worked perfectly and lasted 6 weeks.
Complete waste of money and time… never, ever going back.
