Karen Millen is just my style, with pretty party dresses, and sophisticated day wear. Her close are easy to wear and can work for different occasions. Take a tailored shit and put it with jeans for working from home and running earns, or put the same shirt with a skirt or black trousers and you are ready for a corporate meeting. This is a very forward thinking brand, just looking at the website, they have a blog,(if you are reading this then you must be a blog fan as well) style tips, and the best part is the«changing room» it is a program where you can select outfits and see how things look together, its pretty realistic, now if only we could load an image of ourselves and see how it will fit our individual bodies that would be a trick. I could play with the changing room all day just styling new outfits. The clothes are a bit expensive even on sale the dresses can be upwards of £100, but the pieces are so diverse just change your accessories and you have a new outfit. Seeing the success of Karen Millen gives me hope for my fellow art school graduates, she went from making tailored shirts in the 80s and selling them to her friends to being a successful fashion designer with many branches across the world. All of the clothes are designed in-house, and Karen Millen pays special attention to fair trade and ethical treatment of people, so as long as you don’t want your clothes vegan, you can feel good shopping here.
