Not too bad at all. A little place tucked away behind (alongside) the main Devonshire Square that fits three punters. The lady doing my hair (a complicated grade one all over) took plenty of time, didn’t try to engage in aimless conversations (a plus in my books) and did a good job of the cut.
There is reasonably loud music going and they obviously do a roaring trade. You can book onlne, which is a bonus, and they almost managed to stick to the booking.
The only downer for me was that the price was twice what I would pay at home. They advertise a wash, cut and blow dry for men «from» £23.95. My shaved head cost … £23.95 (usually a tenner in Henley). I guess that’s what you pay for the square mile, but it still seemed pretty steep for just over ten minutes work.
