Tonight I ventured outside of my comfort zone for supper and found this charming, yet relaxed, restaurant tucked away near Haggerston station.
I found the staff to be very friendly and the atmosphere very casual in a classy sort of way. My meal, however, was not casual in the least. I had the lamb cutlets and was amazed at the flavors of the spices and au jus that accompanied them. And the roasted goat cheese with the caramelised onions paired wonderfully! The lamb itself was cooked perfectly and I truly enjoyed the meal. I was very pleased with my overall visit and will definitely go back!
