Extremely friendly and helpful workers without the upsell or pressure to buy. I love Jo Malone products (a toss up between this and Diptyque) and although I initially went in to browse, I decided on a Peony & Blush Suede candle that is pleasantly fragrant and calming. Despite the lower prices of these products in the UK than the US, price point leveled out due to the Sterling to Dollar rates.
Upon paying for your items they will box/​bag everything up nicely and adorn it with a holly and ribbons. There’s nothing like being at the receiving end of top notch and detail oriented customer service.
