The service is amazing, been treated like royalty! They gave me a scrub and a complete show of their products even though I said that I was just having a look. I ended up buying anyway because the dry oil and crème were heavenly, now three hours later I can still smell the products she applied for me. Plus the staff were so friendly and nice. It’s a bit pricey but well worth the money payed.

I love Jo Malone and it’s well worth a visit if you like your perfume. My favourite has to be their Wild Fig and Cassis and all the products come beautiful packaged. It’s a bit on the pricey side but the staff are really helpful and anything in there would make a wonderful gift.

This place has a lovely boutique feel and not the place to visit if you are looking for a cheap and slap-dash gift! The entire Jo Malone range is a joy to own, use and share. The fragrances are not your run-of-the-mill stuff, but notes of beautifully crafted scents — my tip would be to try all the fragrances over a few visits, even those which maybe don’t sound immediately appealing to you — I have been surprised again and again(for example, ‘lime, basil & manderin’ may sound like a salad dressing but the fragrance is wonderfully light and wearable). They offer a mail order service too, but in my opinion nothing beats the hands-on experience of being in a shop. The staff know their stuff and are great at helping you choose fragrances or gift sets(beautifully wrapped) — any woman I know would be pleased to receive something from here.

I of course had to visit Jo Malone having worked in fragrance and the beauty industry originally I’m a sucker for good branding and beautiful products– and at the time there wasn’t a flagship store open in Sydney(there is now) A huge fan of Jo Malone and I have to agree with Shopaholic the simple cream and black packaging is so elegant and understated it lures you in and makes you want to buy more and more– in a world of ridiculous celebrity perfume’s and hyped up bathing products it’s nice to come across a brand that lives up to it’s reputation and although it’s gained in popularity in years I still wouldn’t say it’s over branded. I’ve been wearing Jo Malone french lime blossoms for the past three years, it’s my perfect summer perfume, worn alone throughout the day or on the beach and with a light mist of Jo Malone vetyver to bring my fragrance into the evening. Their candles are scrummy and even though they are a little expensive they burn longer and make the perfect candles to light when having a long bath. This is also a great place to buy company presents or gorgeous wedding favors– as my my friend did last year for her wedding. The staff are friendly helpful and knowlagable in their products– if you have the time try booking in the sloane st store for one of their signature facials-Divine!
