I would say for 5 stars, as very good value for the money and decent sushi. However this ridiculous queue in the images I have uploaded, just 2 cashiers and almost out of stock means just 3 stars. Then it loses another star, as i turned up the next week and the half price time had changed to being 7:30pm instead of 7 p.m. As a result waiting outside in the freezing cold for half an hour. When I told them this they would not change it. If you go at the time it is half price sushi one hour before they close, and they get it right, good sushi at a great price, then a definite of 5 stars!

Om nom nom. There is something about hearing about Japan that makes me want to eat Japanese food. I popped in here last night after a talk at the Ango-Daiwa foundation left me craving sushi(the talk was about the history of Japanese Studies in the UK… I’m not sure why that made me hungry!) The good: — This shop is nicely laid out, with a good amount of sushi/salads etc. — It never seems too busy — The sushi isn’t bad Less good — It’s pretty pricey I paid just under £4 for what I consider a small snack(salmon and avocado sushi roll) — It’s very salmon heavy. Itsu, are you scared of all the other amazing fish that I would like to eat? I love salmon, but I’d love it even more if you had a bit more variety* * I know this is take away sushi, but I’d love it if you had shrimps, unagi, hottate, mackerel, ikura and some more fishy– options.
