Worst customer service ethics in the whole wide and all kinds of business industry. If possible zero! They aren’t helpful, gentle and considerate to all of my requests be granted.

Shopping about for furnishings for my nearly empty new flat, I eagerly entered here expecting my thirst to be sated. Instead I was left dry. To begin with, the shop itself had no ambience. No music. No one greeted me. No one said hello to me or asked if I needed help, even after about 10 minutes poking about the place. The lighting was a bit low as well — I don’t think the furniture itself was displayed in its best light, so to speak. So…what about the stuff? Yeah they carried some lovely artsy couches and chairs, interesting sideboards and quirky little tables. Something about the shop just didn’t thrill me. And the prices were a bit steep. However I could be cajoled into paying an excessive amount for a freakin table if someone would just speak to me… if someone were around to sell it to me. Bored and un-engaged, I went elsewhere.
