One star for the location, only if you have business to do at the London ExCel. Otherwise you have a longer trip via Docklands Light Railway to the city.
WLAN is not working properly.
The bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel.
Breakfast is really mediocre, even though it’s called English breakfast and it has all typical components like bacon and scrambled eggs, it’s cleary lacks taste.
But the most annoying point is the classes of pupils running around all night, screaming and discussing whatever in the floors loudly. Banging doors, it’s seems that thus place is often used for some kind of school vacations. At least these kids cannot behave at all.

Great place if you are coming for conventions and very spacious. Hey have free wifi. But food is expensive

I am a coach driver and there is no parking here for coaches. The room that I have been put into 128 has a broken window the bins were not emptied before I got here and there was property from a previous person.
The bath room is so small I can touch both sides of the walls without stretching across.
If you want to unwind there is a pub but beware the price of a larger will set you back £4.30.
I would not recommend this hotel as it is over priced and under adequate.

Das ist das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je war!
Angefangen beim Raumduft an der Rezeption bis hin zum minimalistischen Frühstuck…
Sehr kleine spartanische Zimmer, klitzekleines Bad zum Einsteigen = Flugzeug Toiletten Atmosphäre!
Und das alles zu einem überteuerten Preis!
