Being a creature of habit, I’ve been getting my hair cut here, or whatever they’ve been calling it at the time, on and off since the mid-‘90s. Some things have remained constant for many a year now, like the price(£15 for a man’s haircut). My Kosovan hairdresser has been there all this time as well — I only book an appointment if she’s in. I mean, I’m sure the other hairdressers know what the hell they’re doing, but as I say, I’m a creature of habit, and I’m not risking it. You don’t know WHAT might happen. Ah, you want your hair washed, though? Yeah, unfortunately their water supply has always been disastrous. I don’t know how or why, but there’s only ever about a ten-second window when it’s a bearable temperature. It’s either freezing or suddenly scalding hot, and they seem to have no way of ever getting this problem fixed. But that’s OK. Creature of habit, etc — this is where I get my hair cut.
