Shame that what could be so good turns out to be a disappointment. A very busy clinic as described by the gentleman on the phone does not have time to send appointment reminders to customers or to give a damn and does not care about customers who booked using Groupon. Surprise surprise, another place with money focus only then. Nevermind the fee I lost here; what they lost is a potential long term client. There’s a myriad of other clinics to choose from, which hopefully care about their clients.
