I’ve not actually purchased jewelry here, but had a bracelet fixed here.
It’s a small chain, but fit perfectly around my mirco tiny wrists. The only bracelet that has been bought for me that has ever fit. So when it broke, I had to have it mended. It holds a lot of sentimental value to me.
So I took it to them, based on a good review on another site. And yep, their expensive. But i’ll pay for quality. I don’t mind. So dropped it off to be fixed.
Took them ages! 2.5 months to fix this bracelet. But that’s not my complaint. My complaint is that the bracelet came back to me 2 sizes to big. I have no idea when they made it so much larger. I quuestioned that when I picked it up, but they said «it’s written down here as the origional size». Can’t argue with that, but unless I gone anorexic, and lost weight in my wrist, or they messed up!
Needless to say… due to my now large bracelet, 4 days later if fell off my wrist and broke. ARG!
