This is a fantastic place for curry. I have never been disappointed by the food here. It always tastes fantastic, staff are helpful and I’ve never had to wait to be seated. The décor is a bit dated but they offer take away so you don’t actually have to sit inside if you don’t want to.

The décor is a bit 70s which i like but One of the best napalese or Indian resturants in town. Great value for money and nice staff. Excellent local adition.

Ghurka Cottage is great — but make sure you order from the Nepalese section to get the most out of it! There’s no point ordering a bog standard curry when there’s Ghurka Chicken and Masu Batuwa to be had.
The only bad thing about this place is the décor. I can deal with old-​fashioned — old fashioned curry houses have their own peculiar charm — but the interior feels a bit grotty and strangely unfinished as well.
Other than that, this is a really excellent curry house that will leave you feeling all happy inside.
