My problem here is the system they have for dealing with your issue. They have 3 members of staff and that’s it. So once there is a long cue and they are trying to fix phones, tablets etc the cue stays very little no and moves very slowly. They need an appointment system alongside a walk up system.
All credit to the 3 staff members they did the best they could do, fixing phones and dealing with multiple walk in’s. At the same time they were dealing with a silver surfer who was having a smart phone lesson.
Once I got to the front of the long cue they understood my issue and plugged the phone in to ‘factory flash’ it.
Unfortunately whilst they did all they could they could not fix my phone. Apparently this is a level 2 service centre and I needed a level 3 up.
So if you have a broken screen phone not trying on you could do worse than try these guys.
