The service is good… the waitress was honest and tried out of her way to make sure we were happy… My problem wasn’t the service but the food… The starters were great… The mains we ordered were cold and I ordered the 8oz with Fries… a flagship apparently but failed to impress…

As far as American diner type food goes, this one is on the average side. It’s decent food, but nothing special and the service really lacked quality when we were there. I’m not sure whether that’s because the O2 just generally has sub-par personnel working there or whether they were just having a bad night, I definitely wasn’t impressed with their behaviour nor the fact that they kept forgetting parts of the order. Also a little warning, the bacon cheesy fries they advertise with a gorgeous image in the menu come with a laughably small amount of bacon and cheesy, barely a drizzle, so don’t waste your money on that.

Went in for cheap breakfast and was prepared for a small serving. I ordered the smallest breakfast for just under £4. It was a bigger portion than expected and quite tasty too. The staff was quick and uncomplicated. Great pit-stop.

The service is good. Waiters are fast and friendly. We got our food within 10 – 15 minutes. Rack of ribs was ok, but nothing special, not worth another visit. Orange juice was from concentrate and even that they’ve mixed with water… The place is quite loud, but the atmosphere is appealing, old-school American music and décor are nice. An OK experience in general, but would try something else next time I’m at the O2.

We had horrible service when we came here. We were fine to wait a while to be seated, but we ended up having to wait 20 minutes past the estimated time to be seated. Half the staff didn’t seem to even like each other, you could see the tension between them. The person who took our orders was short with us, and the food took about an hour to arrive. I can understand that it was a very busy night, as there was a concert going on, but in that case the management should be scheduling more staff so that they didn’t seem so rushed. My own food was lovely, but my friend’s steak was too tough for her to eat. I probably would skip this F&B for others, because I’ve never personally been let down by the food.

We had lunch there when we were going to an event and most of the tables were empty. We were seated in the outside tables and a total or 4 – 7 were occupied on all the time we were there. The drinks came quite quickly, but the Coke was half Coke and half water. We ordered an special menu for 8.25 comprising two courses. We had to wait a bit for the starter as there were a few tables that came before us. Fair enough. We had the onion and cheese mushrooms and chicken strips. The mushrooms were too oily but the strips were ok. I realised some of the other tables got the main course shortly afterwards or with the starter. Our main was still on hold as we had to wait 20 minutes! The two waiters left, meaning all the six-seven tables were unattended a couple of times, making it imposible to order anything else or ask how much our food was going to take. Even one of staff working inside of the restaurant came outside asking if anyone was actually working there. When our mains finally came I was quite disappointed with my pizza(quite average) and my boyfriend’s burger(was just ok). I had to stand up to ask them for our bill as they seemed to ignore everybody and a table of teenagers were left there waiting to pay for around 15 minutes. We were in a hurry, so only took 4 minutes to get the bill from inside, then go inside again, came for our cash that we handed at the moment of receiving the bill and finally we were able to leave. I will definitely try something different if I go again to the O2.

I am not a huge fan of frankie and bennies but i had quite a good experience at this one in greenwich. The service was excellent and the food was quick and absolutely perfect. they dont have a huge range of desserts but what they have is delicious. It is clean and the staff were polite. Nothing bad to say.

steak was funny tasting, salad was limp and service was abrupt and rude. Do not eat here if you can help it!

I absolutely love Frankie’s. The food is always sizzling hot when it arrives and tastes beautiful. This one is situated in such a great place ‘the o2’ but just make sure you book before you go or call up as it can be quite busy due to the o2 arena.

This is an American style diner with a touch of Italian thrown in. The restaurant itself is quite big with a bar upstairs and a seating area outside(but within the O2 arena). It tends to get quite busy when there’s a concert on at the O2, so best to check before you go. The staff are friendly, and the food is OK. The pizza’s are quite good, but the rest of the food I found was quite bland and tasted a bit like it had been left heating in an oven somewhere for ages. Best thing about Frankie and Benny’s(any of them) is their cocktails! Especially their frozen strawberry daquiri’s! Well that’s the reason I go anyway!
