I was quite excited when I saw my duck baguette being prepared. Unfortunately though, I was left disappointed. The bread was far too dry, and the duck wasn’t nearly as crispy as I had hoped. I’m also not sure that the cherry tomato and picked corn go with the duck. If I compare this to the duck bagels you can get from The Frenchie, it’s just not quite up to the standard.
