Terrible customer service. Their website says the place is 10 minutes from Waterloo, but it’s not. It’s 16 minutes, BYTRAIN. I phoned the receptionist when I was at Waterloo station that I’d be late and she told me to come anyway. I walked in 15 minutes late only to be turned away by some receptionist with an attitude. You’d think that they’d have told me to not come if they were just going to turn me away. Did i mention they don’t let you book an appointment less than one month in advance? Give me a break – there are plenty of skin care places in London and all over the world. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
