I have bought alot of stuff online from here but they sell stock they dont have. which isnt good for any business and must cause alot of headaches, i have bought stuff from them, waited a week for it to be delivered only to be told «no stock» when i phoned up to find out were it was.

I purchased an item from this company to find parts missing from the box, as the company refused to even entertain me I asked politely if they could give me the suppliers telephone number so I could order the spare part myself.
This was the reaction:
‘We can’t give that out’
I asked why as it is a public company and I merely wanted to order spare parts, he was not only rude but had a severe attitude and slammed the phone down on me!
I could not believe that an independent company would provide such terrible customer service, I’m actually still in shock now so in future shop with a company like Amazon companies like
deserve to fail
