I used this place earlier this year but in my experience, the staff were quite unhelpful and not very accommodating. They made quite a few mistakes with my hearing aids but were very unapologetic. To make things worse, they are quite a bit more expensive than elsewhere. They claim to justify this with the level of service they offer, but I can’t say I really saw any evidence of this. There are other places in London who offer the same services at better prices and with more flexibilty(Cubex close at 5pm on the dot and refuse to even answer the phones after this time, which is unreal for a company who try to claim to offer the best levels of customer service. They also do not open on weekends). In my opinion, they need to move with the times and fully grasp the true meaning of customer service. Nice offices though
