The staff here are the friendliest in London. I come here almost every lunch break and I am always met with a smile, no matter how busy it is. The food is delicious and the setting is a total oasis.

Health-conscious and innovative, with bulletproof coffee and a good range. They have recently moved the store within the building, and the new space is far better than the previously crushed(!) shop. I love this place for healthy lunch options, especially the small pots of tuna, sweetcorn and legumes. They are also perfect for breakfast. They are generous with their porridge and it’s made with soy milk so it’s creamy and tasty.

Reasons to go to Crussh: 1. Lean green juice 2. Green goddess juice 3. Beetroot & apple hijiki salad 4. Superfood salad (good food that’s probably good for you that tastes good too). Also, I’m constantly amazed by the service here — when you’re picking up 10 different lunches and 10 different juices for work, it’s a miracle that someone can actually keep up!

Hello Siany, Here at Crussh we’re always looking at ways to help make our customers experience all that much better. It’s great to hear you loved our naturally tasty soup, particularly one from our new autumn menu. We’re also really sorry to hear that you had a slight mix up with the sizes. If you would like to get in touch at we’ll be happy arrange a replacement for you. Crussh

Hello new favourite soup place! You see, it’s wintery now. And when it’s wintery I hibernate a little. So wrapping up all cosy and eating homemade soup is going to happen for the next few months. Unfortunately, my office doesn’t have a microwave so I have to make do with shop soup. But that’s OK! I have Crussh! Seriously. I love. We somehow managed to make ordering very complicated — we had four different fivers from four different people, we ordered everything wrong and we were a bit annoyed by the whole experience. And we’d only gone in becuase our local changed the soup to something a bit rubbish at the last minute. But then we finally got things sorted(half an hour this took us — why?) and tried the soup. Oh my god the soup. Chorizo, bacon and lentil goodness to make us all full up and warm and happy. Yummy yum yum yum. yay! There’s about ten choices a day too — simple, gournet and ‘stew’ if memory serves. In my head, I’m giving them five star, but really, it shouldn’t cost over four ounds for large soup and bread. Plus, due to the previously mentioned mix up, i only got a small soup, and well, as filling as the soups are the size was pretty stingy. The cups have that raise bit in the bottom so they’re even smaller than they really look. Was a bit annoyed and stole some of my friends. You need a large. And you need to love soup to be willing to spend that much, but it’s oh so yummy I fully intend to go back tomorrow.

Crussh is a little juice bar/snack shop tucked into 4 Millbank. Go inside the main entrance and up the stairs, its directly to your left when you are standing in front of reception. Crussh is alright, not amazing, not dreadful. Its a good place to grab a quick bite if you are looking for something healthy and acceptable. Their sandwiches are decent, and their soups looked good, but there is minimal options. I had one of their fruit cups, and the pineapple was actually quite tasty, so it was probably reasonably fresh. This place is geared towards people who really try to snack healthy, and I admit I’m not one of those so some of the appeal may have been lost on me. But it was quiet, reasonably priced, there was room to sit with couches and benches as well as tables and chairs, and it was a relaxing atmosphere.
