I don’t usually like chain coffee stores but this new addition to Hendon Central is a very good example of a national chain running a local store. The coffee is excellent and the place itself very comfortable both the inside and the outdoor seating. When my companion’s cup of double espresso was a victim of a sudden gust of wind from the tundra, (or more realistically, Burnt Oak), they replaced it free of charge and even refused a tip. Now that’s service. If they had dry cleaned his trousers too I would be nominating them for a humanitarian award.
