This Costa can get really crowded. Some of the staff members seem to have trouble handling clients when it’s busy. They seem to be not very motivated nor are they very friendly. I like the interior since it has a lot of cosy seats. The food-items are at the beginning of the shop, and you need to grab the items you want yourself and pay for it at the cash register. A lot of the foods are pre-packaged, which looks unappealing to me. I picked the pre-packaged toast and had it warmed up and brought to my table. The toast looked a bit unappealling, but tasted okay-ish. Though I found Costa’s Chai Latte quite nice, actually. There are two toilets rooms at this Costa, but there is no distinction between the men’s or women’s room, which makes the queue for the toilets insanely long. One of these toilets though, is suitable for disabled people.

B-E-A-Utiful! I went to a Costa next to the O2 last week and it should take note because this is how a coffee shop should be. Big open spaces, plenty of seating both outside and in, squashy sofas and a place to queue that won’t disturb the rest of the people trying to have a relaxing drink. The service was quick, the staff polite and chatty and I walked away with two penguin gingerbread men I didn’t even know they did. I LOVE gingerbread penguins! Because it’s still Christmas, or winter, or whatever the reason they’ve changed the cups is, I ordered a hot chocolate and got a snowman decorated cup. So happy. If I had one recommendation for Costa it would be to find other holidays to do this for, it gives them an edge for easily impressed people like me. And if I had one recommendation for you, it’d be to visit this place and try the penguins.

Huge store located in convenient shopping area. The spacious interior is usually packed with people, though you might get a good spot for people watching if you manage to get a seat on the tall stools near the store entrance. A variety of baked goods and sandwiches. Busy as expected, service is fairly fast, although staffs are not exceptionally friendly regarding this touristy location. Do recommend their mint ice lattes(I like it with soy milk, no extra charge there either, tehee!), definitely more with it than getting a starbucks! Oh, and free wi-fi

Tucked off Oxford Street opposite Miss Selfridge this is a reasonable option for grabbing coffee. Ok so the coffee is not great but one of the better chain options. Light and airy space with outside seating in the shade

Free wi-fi within the location and very close to Leicester Square. Friendly staff and tasty pre-packaged food.

5 stars for the huge tables that accommodate 12, the small booths for 2, the large armchairs, the bar for singles… A café with seats for everyone. However, it only has ONE loo. For everyone. Boys and girls. The queue is manic. And you need to keep your receipt so you can punch in the code that opens the door to it. Fail.
