I have to say for a chain I was pretty impressed. I’m from Seattle and we are pretty crazy nerdy about our coffee. I really wasn’t expecting much. However my mocha was absolutely perfect and equally as good as many of the high end boutiquey hipster coffee houses. I’m still kind of surprised. I highly recommend giving it a try.

This version of the Costa coffee shop unlike most of the others is rubbish! I’m sure it is used as a training centre for all the others! There are never the same staff each day! The service is so so slow that I’m sure inflation has increased in the time I have waited! They are not polite! It seams so disorganised and such a mess behind the counter! No one seems to be in charge! Why did they close the Old Compton Street store! They should have closed this one instead!

I love coffee stores and I am definitely a hard core coffee and tea drinker and I am no different when I am in another country. This was my first time going to London and trying this place named Costa Coffee. It was a cold wintery day and I needed to munch on something light and also have my addictive drink *coffee*. Well I ordered after about five people and my drink came out pretty quickly. If you need to use the bathroom they are locked and you have to get the pin code from them. I think they do this so homeless people can’t use the bathrooms. Small place but filled with loads of people chatting with each other or sipping on drinks while listening to music or reading a book. What I love seeing when I’m at a coffee store. People were nice and friendly and I sat here for about an hour just sipping on my cup of joe. Had a wonderful time and hope to be back again sometime soon! *hopefully*

Personnel très sympathique. J’y suis passé plusieurs fois pendant mon séjour et je suis devenu accro a leurs muffins.
