copywright printers

I went to this printing shop because it was recommended to me by an old friend. I spoke to two different people on the phone before I actually went down there. I basically needed to get some flyers printed for a client as soon as I possibly could and I was told by my friend that they could do it in 48 hours. I found the designer very friendly and helpful and very willing to listen to what I wanted. However the boss was quite rude! I don’t really wish to slag off this place because the end result was quite decent but I found the boss very abrupt and not very customer focused. Having said this though the flyers turned out very good, so I would go back there because of this reason and this reason alone.
