Terrible customer service. The salon canceled two of my appointments, both of which were canceled on the day of the appointment because they said the stylist called in sick. I called the salon’s head office to confirm my second, rescheduled appointment. Yet, when I arrived at the salon in Westfield for the second appointment, I was again told that the stylist called in sick again that morning. This time, the receptionists said they could not reach me, did not apologize at all for the second cancellation, and offered nothing for my inconvenience traveling to two canceled appointments. Extremely strange business practice and unreliable stylist/salon.
