On a quiet unassuming corner of a quiet unassuming street in the heart of the Westend lies this little unassuming café. The first sign that it’s good(and this bench mark can be afforded to nearly everywhere that’s good to eat) is that it’s full of natives of the cuisine. In this case those unassuming Brazilians! Just when you thought they couldn’t do anything else better than us(football, dancing and street parties), they come along with a quaint little café and blow our greasy spoony, afternoon teasy bottoms out of the water! Coffee is good, cakes are gooooood, they even have feijoada(a pork stew made with black beans) which might look unassuming but… well, you get the idea. The prices are reasonable and all you have to do is put up with the garish yellow walls… or takeaway, you could just takeaway, problem solved!
