I had the Sea Bream; it was excellent! It comes on a bed of sauteed spinach and mushrooms with a wonderful cauliflower sauce that is just slightly sweet. This dish is one of my favorites and this place has a little something for everyone. Service has been great each time I have been here. This is restaurant is one of my standbys in London.

Normally when I’m in the mood for a savory tasty full english breakfast but feeling like I ought to do something environmentally responsible there’s this awkward«could I have it without bacon, and sausage, and the other sausage, and also are the beans filled with pork?» and then end up with eggs, toast and out of season coldish tomato… But not so today!!! Wonderful full english breakfast, vegetarian style! On the menu! No awkward asking! With house made veggie sausages! Delicious tomato & shroom, and beautiful bright orange and perfectly fried eggs! Heaven. Hubs had the avo toast and was similarly thrilled, tons of space but also cozy and festive. Will definitely be back.

Busy little local in Kensington. Friendly service & warm atmosphere but a bit too noisy for a quiet meal. Really popular with the locals. We sat by the window which looked nice but turned out to be a bit chilly because of the drafty windows. We had a mix of four platters to share. The squid & chorizo with quinoa salad; scallops on a pea purée with crispy bacon; salmon fish cakes; and a baked Camembert. The food was decent. It filled our rumbling tums. The fish cakes were ok but a bit bland, the squid was nicely cooked but I wasn’t sure of the pairing with the chorizo. The scallops were the best dish. A solid 3.5. Would go back if we were staying in the area again.

We were here a few days ago and I forgot to write my review! Our waiter was marvelous! My companion’s steak was to his liking and he enjoyed it very much. I tasted it and it was cooked perfectly and medium rare as requested. I had the liver pâté and salad, as I was not very hungry. The food was good but the service was even better. Only here for a few days and probably won’t be back, but this is a nice restaurant and there seemed to be a lot of repeat customers, judging by the greeting they got!

I went there with two friends after a night out. The wake-up call had been a bit rough and we were all a bit groggy. We came in right in time for brunch and ordered a set of dishes to share: A Sunny breakfast Granola yoghurt, Royale benedict eggs, an Avocado toast, blueberry pancakes, a cappucino and two sort of «detox cocktails» with cucumber, mint and different things that were apparently very fresh and nice but reminded me a bit too much of a Mojito. The staff was super nice, really, smiling, extra helpful, the head waiter seemed to know all of his regulars, chatted with us really nicely. The food was really good and just what we needed in this difficult morning, and the fact that we could share the different plates and grab a bite of every thing made it really good value!

I came here for lunch and had a pleasant experience. My friend and I were roaming around Kensington and this place was the perfect spot to enjoy a pleasant lunch. The food options were varied and the prices were quite good, especially given the restaurant’s location. I had the chicken burger and it was good, but I felt like the chicken was a tad burnt, which threw off the flavor a bit. The French fries were delicious and the service was very satisfactory. Great spot!

Amazing House burger, very tasty and cooked just right. Definitely in my top 10 burgers of all time. The service was excellent and the blonde waitress had a very bubbly personality and seemed genuinely happy to be working there — something you don’t get quite often, which in turn made the whole experience that much better.

This lovely restaurant serves a great weekend brunch. I came on Sunday for a lovely pear, walnut, and goat cheese salad. The ingredients were delectably fresh and light. Being the coffee fanatic I am, I also ordered a cappuccino which was quite delicious as well. My friend ordered eggs Benedict and was very pleased with her choice. I would love to come back for lunch or dinner during the week as it is located in a great area of London with lots of quaint shops and cafes. Additionally, the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, not rushing us from having a lengthy brunch conversation.

This was our Tuesday lunch spot every week when we were studying in London. Amazing service and great quality food. Always start off with tea… served in a kettle with all the fixings. Nothing but the best. The cheese platter was a great go to even for a meal. The Meze platter is also amazing as a starter. The burgers are incredible. Always an easy and consistent decision. Look out for the lunch specials which include soup and a sandwich or salad for a low price. Overall a great spot(especially if you sit outside) with great food and cocktails.

This place was a great English style place. The beer is from £4. The hamburger though is overpriced. Be sure to go there before 15:00 to get the meal deal, it’s worth it!

This place can be summed up in two letters, ‘ok’, everything about it is a little average. It is an ok atmosphere, the food is good, not great. The service isn’t bad, certainly not terrible. I have had several things on the menu, the chicken wrap, the big club sandwich both difficult to eat(do you pick it up? nope, too large, do you use knife and fork? nope, because it disintegrates). Others such as the meze were more intuitive to consume, but nothing spectacular for the taste buds. So yes, come here and have an ‘ok’ meal, its good for groups and not too expensive… but don’t expect to be wow’ed.

We simply luv this place. Traveling to London we were looking for a place near our hotel with good hearty food and a great atmosphere. Coco Momo is the place. Great food, good wines, perfect portion sizes and an ever so friendly staff. We’ve been back here 3 straight nites! Love the chicken — simple, delicious comfort food.

When I first moved to the neighborhood it was modeled differently and had a different name. They closed it, remodeled and raised all the prices to reflect the newfound«refinement». It’s certainly classier than somewhere like the gloucester arms and the food is pretty decent. I wish they had a better brunch menu though!

We often come here for group lunches as it’s just across the road from Imperial on Gloucester Road. It’s not bad, I almost always go for the prix fixe menu, £12 for two dishes — starter is usually a choice between soup, and chicken liver parfait, main course between half a roast chicken or a lamb steak(+ chips/fries/super salad), and dessert between a waffle, and pavlova. It’s pretty good value, and just right in terms of quantity. I’ve not tried anything else here, so I can’t really comment. Staff are a bit variable, but nothing that I can’t forgive. Based on the recommendations below, I must try brunch here at some point. However, for a cheapish and easy lunch, this is one of the better places in the area.

Great South Kensington brunch/café. The Full English brunch with 2 eggs perfectly done sunny side up, cured smoky bacon, tasty Cumberland sausage, black pudding, sundried tomatoes, large portobello mushroom & toast was a winner! Welcoming café with friendly and attentive staff. Bottom line: Coco-Yum-o.
