Completely overpriced and seriously crappy used bikes, run by comically ignorant pricks with zero knowledge about bikes.
Probably one of the worst shops I’ve been in, period.
Sold me a link for my chain for 15 quid and wanted 10 more to install it (I only came in b/​c my chain broke and the other shop in the vicinity was out of the part).
Their bicycle rental program (which I only found out about when I checked the website to add the business location to this review) is offensively expensive — Tokyo Fixed rents out their nice bikes for 12 a day — they assholes want over 30 for their junk.
Avoid avoid avoid.
I wish there was a business scruples government department that closed businesses which were doing a disservice to the community.

This bike shop has very knowleadgeable and friendly staff that gave me honest and impartial advice on bike parts rather than overselling me crap I don’t need. Spotted some great bargains on second hand bikes too. Superb repair workshop and fair part /​labour prices. Will definitely visit again. my bike was serviced. After given a quick test ride .it seemed good I had a chat with mechanic who has done the job and he seemed knowledgeable and a keen cyclist. He told me that he ride to work and does 16 miles every dayvery impressed
