Champagne Cult is fabulously eccentric: the décor is half-Versailles, half-19th-century-Chinoiserie, with a random windbreaker mounted on the wall behind glass as though it’s a piece of sports memorabilia(it isn’t). The soundtrack is jazz. The bar emphasizes champagne and cigars, while the menu is mostly… dim sum. So yeah, eclectic, which is what makes it so delightful. This place has personality. Service is warm and efficient, and there’s a beautiful terrace out back for smoking that cigar.
