Brighthouse

Theaving, lying scumbags! Charge over the odds, poor customer services, awful management! Would highly NOT recommend! Interest used to be reasonable but now you end up paying 3 times the cash price for items! I don’t care how desperate u are, stay far away from here as possible! The hole company is a no go in my opinion!
I really and truly felt like they should have been wearing a balaclava when serving me, I really felt robbed! They recite policies to you and claim that no one can override the system! They make promises they can’t abide by, the staff are poorly trained! APR is so high that their only aim is to rob the poor!
E.g. I purchased my LG 55inch 3D smart TV at £15 per week, but the brighthouse of today wants to charge £23 with double if not triple the APR!
The only person I can say that does an outstanding job is Cheryl, she knows how to get things done, professionally and efficiently!
