On my way to a Unilocal event, I found myself wearing new, cheap shoes (to go with the event theme). The short journey across London had me realizing that my feet were going to be angry if I didn’t get some insoles. I popped into this Boots and grabbed some cheap-​o insoles to keep my feet happy and the lovely ladies at the checkouts near the pharmacy happily obliged me with a pair of scissors to cut things to size right there. They were really nice about it and commiserated with my £4 shoe debacle. Excellent service saved the day!

It’s a pretty typical Boots. However I noticed the prices are the same and in some cases better than some sister stores in other areas, which is pretty remarkable on the biggest shopping stretch in Britain.
Nice staff. Lacking natural products.
