Not really an everyday visit (unfortunately) but on the occasions I have been in the Boodles store on Regent Street, the service has been absolutely wonderful. They have gorgeous collections of rings and necklaces, and are famous for their engagement jewelry. Not cheap, but you have to pay for design and quality.
